Guy Charbaut Rose Champagne NV Premier Cru: The pinot noir grapes are macerated with their skins for 36 hours at the beginning of fermentation and the colour is adjusted with the addition of the chardonnay to create a delightful salmon-pink champagne. Suitable as an aperitif onwards, and, particularly for a special occasion, there are notes of blood orange fruits and toasted undertones. Decanter World Wine 2014 Bronze Award.
